Inflammation, Arthritis, Sinusitis, Peripheral Neuropathy

Inflammation reduction that benefits CV and lymph circulation, and thereby has, for me, kept sinusitis, arthritis and peripheral neuropathy to a minimum. It has reversed problems that were worsening when I had no access to serrapeptase. I've been taking it since 2002.

Before using, please research for yourself, and discuss with your medical caregiver(s). There are many brands. For consistent quality, I've been using the Doctor's Best brand for a few years, but please use your own best judgement.  (*All)

Dance for Health

Fun and health through bhangra dance and music: A freestyle bhangra routine by Bhangra Empire, Stanford's collegiate competitive bhangra team club. (*All)

I believe bhangra is healing because of its syncopated 4/4 beats which mimic the heart's cadence, the polyphonic arrangements that stimulate the brain through auditory pathways, the way moves are usually balanced (mirror symmetry) within each single figure or sequence, and because the spine anchors the dance by using all the muscles that support the spine. It's this last that gives bhangra its unique look: active yet grounded, balanced, agile. I also believe that that is one reason why bhangra makes people feel good: the spinal-support muscles are constantly being balanced and massaged by the dancing itself. The music supports an energetic, happy, positive mood, and the dance amplifies these effects.

Bhangra Empire freestyle to Gwandian (Dr Zeus, Zora Randhawa, Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma

If someone wanted to try doing bhangra on their own, this routine would be a good tutorial. It shows the dancers clearly, with lots of open space, making it easy to see and break down each move's elements.

In 2 years, I hope to dance this routine.
